說明：

一、活動期間：2027年1月18日至1月29日，共2週。

二、課程程度：日語入門至初中級

三、招生人數：上限40名，各級別最低開班人數為15名；如特定級別報名人數未達15名，該級別將不予開班。

四、費用：

（一）報名費：日幣12,000元（不予退還）

（二）課程費：日幣78,000元

（三）繳費方式及期限依神奈川大學後續通知辦理。

（四）上述費用不包含海外旅遊保險、來回機票、住宿、餐費、生活費、交通費及醫療費等。

（五）參加者須自行投保海外旅遊相關保險，保險期間應涵蓋課程開始前一日至課程結束後之星期日。

五、申請方式及期限：

（一）本課程須由本校先行向神奈川大學提名，經提名後，學生須自行完成神奈川大學線上申請。

（二）有意申請者請於2026年9月23日（三）前提供中文姓名、護照英文姓名、學號、系級、電子郵件及日語程度等基本資料予承辦人，以辦理校內提名作業。

（三）經本校提名之學生，須於2026年9月30日（三）（日本時間）前完成神奈川大學線上申請。

六、注意事項：

（一）學生送出申請表後，如課程確認開班，即須繳交日幣12,000元報名費及相關手續費；如因個人因素取消參加，仍須負擔前述費用。

（二）各項課程內容、日語程度及其他規定，以神奈川大學公告資訊為準。

Subject: Announcement of the “Kanagawa University Japanese Language and Culture Program Winter” Offered by Our Partner University, Kanagawa University, Japan. Please Help Disseminate This Information and Encourage Students to Apply.

Description:

A. Program Period: January 18–29, 2027 (two weeks).

B. Japanese Language Level: Introductory to pre-intermediate.

C. Capacity: Maximum of 40 participants. A minimum of 15 participants is required for each level. If the number of applicants for a particular level does not reach 15, that level will not be offered.

D. Fees:

1.     Application Fee: JPY 12,000 (non-refundable).

2.     Program Fee: JPY 78,000.

3.     Payment methods and deadlines will be announced subsequently by Kanagawa University.

4.     The above fees do not include overseas travel insurance, round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, living expenses, transportation expenses, medical expenses, etc.

5.     Participants are required to arrange their own overseas travel insurance. The insurance period must cover the day before the program starts through the Sunday after the program ends.

E. Application Procedures and Deadlines:

1.     Students must first be nominated by Tamkang University to Kanagawa University. After nomination, students must complete Kanagawa University’s online application by themselves.

2.     Students who wish to apply must provide the coordinator with their Chinese name, English name as shown on their passport, student ID number, department and year of study, email address, Japanese language proficiency, and other basic information by Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for the internal nomination process.

3.     Students nominated by Tamkang University must complete Kanagawa University’s online application by Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).

F. Important Notes:

1.     Once a student has submitted the application form and the program has been confirmed to proceed, the student will be required to pay the JPY 12,000 application fee and related handling fees. If the student cancels their participation for personal reasons, the aforementioned fees will still apply.

2.     All program content, Japanese language levels, and other regulations are subject to the information announced by Kanagawa University.
